Grove Trust Grants


2020
For 2020 we decided for the first time to support 13 of our local and well known charities for one year only. All of these charities have worked tirelessly throughout the Covid 19 crisis, adapting where necessary to meet the needs of their local community.

Our grant pool was enlarged to £200,000 by the generous match funding offer made by one of our members and 4 other members who immediately donated an extra £5,000 each.

The following charities have received a grant for 2020:

Al-Hasaniya - Continuation of the Friday Lunch Club
ClementJames - Contribution to Core Costs
The Dalgarno Trust - Contribution to Core Costs
Family Friends - Contribution to Core Costs
Future Men- Continue to fund a Coordinator for North Kensington for years 6 and 7
The Harrow Club - Youth outreach work for the coming year
The Nucleo Project - Contribution to Core Costs
Open Age - fund the continuation of the Men’s Space program
Rugby Portobello Trust - Fund another year of Magic Mums
Solidarity Sports - Fund the expansion of the Mentoring Program and the pilot of the Childhood Anti Obesity program
The Spear Program - Fund another 16 students to get job ready
Venture Community Centre - Contribution to Core Costs
West London Zone - Contribution to Core Costsc
