2019
For 2019 we focused on Community Stability which we felt was important after the unusual funding landscape in North Kensington post the Grenfell fire.
We looked at some of our well known charities who continue to provide excellent service to the community and one charity that was new to us, Resurgo’s Spear Project which helps young people facing disadvantage into work or education and then offers year long follow up support - resurgo.org.uk

From the shortlisted charities our members decided to award the following donations:

1) The ClementJames Centre www.clementjames.org :£54,500.00 over two years for their core programs (adult and child ) which are so successful and currently have long waiting lists

2) Family Friends familyfriends.www.uk.com : £54,500.00 over two years for their core costs which support the administration of their volunteer program in North Kensington.

3) Rugby Portobello Club www.rugbyportobello.org.uk £21,000.00 for one year to fund the Wednesday Magic Mums program.

4)The Spear Program resurgo.org.uk £25,000.00 to fund one entire cohort in North Kensington.
